The minecart can be used to move your chest more comfortably through your mines. You can also open it in creative mode and place all the necessary items for storage in it.
The dispensers are no less useful block-mechanisms that have the ability to throw away all the items with which it is filled. The dispenser is activated by redstone mechanisms.
